Online store products are sold by Buli Oy, business ID 3248034-4. We sell products to private individuals in Europe. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and sellable products.

The products must have an original tag attached to them, which hangs around the neck. Exchange or return must be notified to myynti@bulistore.com before 14 days have passed since the product arrived.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after the customer has received the product. The money is always returned to the payment method used by the customer.

Please note, that the costs and expenses caused by the product returned by mail remain to be paid by the customer, unless it is a defective product. The product must be returned unused in its own package and well packed, for example in the shipping package. For the product to be returned by post, a receipt must be requested from the supplier (e.g. Posti), which must be kept. If the returned product is lost on the way and there is no receipt, the sender is responsible. The receipt proves that the supplier has received the shipment for transport, in which case the responsibility is transferred to the supplier.

Your order number, name, address and phone number

Please send the products to the return address shown at the bottom of the page.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you when the refund is accepted or rejected. Shipping and return costs are not refunded.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or your original payment method.

If the product is used or unsaleable, no refund will be made to the customer or only part of it will be made.
